Substance articles delayed as website experiences technical difficulties...
Substance articles have been delayed (but not dumped) as the Substance website has been experiencing "SQL error" notices when we log in from at least one server. We have been able to work around some of these problems, which arose on August 23 and continue in some forms on August 25, and hope that by the morning of August 26 all of the current articles in the queue will be published here. Substance staff reporters have been notified of these delays and will discuss them further at an upcoming staff meeting. Comments are welcome, although as usual the editor reminds people that we do not allow trolls: all comments must be signed by the real name (full first name and last name of the writer) in order for them to remain "up" at Substance.
Substance back issues, now going back nine years to 2007, are still available for readers who are willing to be navigating to BACK ISSUES on the menu bar.
