In a very ugly kind of way, it's a wowzer, exhibiting anew the way the U.S. Department of Education betrays teachers, parents, and kids. The current U.S. Department of Education builds on the failures of the Bush/Clinton/Obama reigns. Secretaries of Education talk to the corporate and private foundation world, not to teachers.
