New Substance month on the Web begins three days late

The June 2009 edition of Substance began three days late, as most members of the Substance staff were busy with end-of-the-school-year activities and union work. As regular readers know, Substance On The Web is organized chronologically, so that articles revert to "Back Issues" once a previous month's work is done. Given the Substance budget, the organizational plan of Substance on the Web is the best that can be done. Upgrades are being done this summer, and suggestions will be solicited.
