BOARDWATCH: Chicago Board of Education meeting of January 27, 2016

The Chicago Board of Education held its monthly meeting on January 27, 2016, and by the time the meeting had ended, there were a number of pleasant surprises for parents, teachers and community leaders who had become used to protesting Board actions without positive results.
