RAHMWATCH: Maybe we'll get a book about 'Mayor Poopypants', but... Angry mothers group led by 'Bad Ass Moms' from Rahm's closed schools to protest at Rahm's home on March 28. The visit to Rahm's front yard will take place after a march charging that Chicago's mayor is, like a loaded diaper, full of

One of the several ironies of the week that Chicago began the infamous PARCC testing program was that Dav Pilkey, a famous and beloved best selling author of books for children, was appearing at the Chicago Public Library. Pilkey's "Captain Underpants" books, were among those recommended by a New Jersey group for children across the USA opting out of the PARCC. Meanwhile, the Opt Out movement has exploded across the nation. Among the Pilky books that children (including my own two sons) have enjoyed (at a certain age) was "Professor Poopypants..." Pilkey was autographing the books at the main library on the first day of the PARCC, ignored by most of the corporate media.

The famous "Captain Underpants" children's novels by Dav (pronounced Dave) Pilkey (pronounced Pill Kee) are among those recommended for reading by children who have better things to do than take the PARCC in March, April and May 2015. The Opt Out movement has exploded, with more and more children receiving and reading books instead of wasting their time on the latest corporate testing gimmicks. One of the famous Captain Underpants books is "Captain Underpants and the Perilous Plot of Professor Poopypants". During the same week of the PARCC beginning and the Opt Out movement's first offensive, proclaiming that "Rahm is full of shit," the "Bad Ass Moms" of Chicago led by a mother who had been dragged out of meetings of Rahm's Board of Education, Rousemary Vega, announced that Rahm is as full of shit as a loaded diaper. The Moms announced that they would march to Rahm's home on March 28.

Their full "loaded diaper" plan was sent to the press on March 13, generally ignored.

The plan included the URLs of many articles outlining Rahm's lies and dishonesties (including Rahm actions far beyond those attacking the city's public schools), showing as the Moms proclaimed just how "full of shit" Chicago's incumbent mayor is.

Bad Ass Moms, and any person with a nose can immediately tell when a baby is full of..... and needs their diaper changed. Its obvious from the way they appear: grumpy and stinky but with a fuzzy sweater:)

Rahm Emanuel is so full of......about his accomplishments for the last four years, he needs a mountain of diapers! We are encouraging everyone who is sick of Rahms stinky, smelly lies to rally at his house and bring along a boxe of diapers. Here are a few of the truths about the victories Rahm has claimed:

One of the most outspoken parents who organized against Rahm Emanuel's school closings in 2013 was Rousemarch Vega, whose children were getting a wonderful education at Lafayette school until Rahm ordered the school closed and his appointed Board of Education dutifully voted to rubber stamp the mayor's wishes. Vega had tried to bring the wonders of Lafayette -- especially the music program its children loved -- to the Board in modest ways during the hearings and other actions before the closing vote in May 2013. But unlike some moms who became discouraged, Vega continued organizing, speaking regularly at the Board of Education's monthly meetings and updating the public on the lies that had been told about the closings (her children never received the same music education they had been getting at Lafayette). By a year after the closing vote, Vega became furious while speaking at the May 28, 2014 Board meeting (above) after noting that David Vitale had been napping while parents poured out their hearts. When Vega was ordered to stop speaking, she continued, and was surrounded by four of five Board security men, all at least twice her size, and pulled away from the podium. Three Board of Education security staff wrestled Jesus Ramos and dragged him out of the July 23, 2014 meeting of the Chicago Board of Education after he told them to stop harassing his wife, Rousemary Vega. The two, along with their children, were at the Board meeting, where Ms. Vega had registered to speak against the priorities of the proposed 2014 - 2015 budget. When Board member Jesse Ruiz, who claimed to represent the north side Latino community, began leaving the Board chambers as criticisms of Board members' hypocrisy grew. Vega said "Coward, Ruiz. You're a coward..." and more than a half dozen large security men swarmed around her and her family. The Board sent a letter to Rousemary Vega telling her that neither her husband nor her would be allowed to attend Board of Education meetings, one indication of how Rahm's Board treated angry dissident parents, while deliberately ignoring the deep issues the parents had tried to raise politely.
