Speeches from Board meetings will be posted at Substance when provided by the speakers

Speeches given by individuals who take the time to speak out at meetings of the Chicago Board of Education will be published by Substance if the text of those speeches is provided to Substance by the speaker in electronic form. Thanks to those who have provided that. Since Substance reports on the meetings of the Chicago Board of Education at the end of each month, some of those speeches will also be published on line on the first day of the following month. Those who spoke at the April 27 meeting of the Chicago Board of Education can still provide Substance with a copy of their remarks by e-mailing them to
