Trump pushing daily fundraising to protect what he calls 'our movement' from those he calls the elites (Hollywood, media, etc.)...

No sooner had Donald Trump been inaugurated President of the United States than he proclaimed that he will be running again in 2020 and established his campaign fund for that election. As a result, his "rally" in Melbourne Florida could be expensed as a campaign event, which generally means that profits go to Trump's various organizations. Despite his campaign promises during the 2016 election, Trump has also refused to provide the public with his federal tax returns. But on top of all that, Trump is sending out daily email appeals for donations to his "movement" continuing his attacks on his enemies list.

On February 24, 2017, for example, Trump's email list received the following:

_______

Liberals in the media, Hollywood, and the Democrat establishment have been leading the fight to destroy our movement.

Which is why I’m asking you to renew your Sustaining Membership for the 2017 year.

With you by our side as an active member, NOTHING will stop our movement to Make America Great Again!

Please contribute $100, $65, $50, or $35 to renew your Sustaining Membership for the 2017 year.

Note: If you’ve saved your payment information, your donation will go through immediately.

We won the election because the American people refused to let the talking heads in the media and Hollywood speak for us.

We unleashed a movement unlike anything the world had ever seen.

That was because of you.

Now please step up for the 2017 year as a Sustaining Member by making a contribution of $50.

Thank you,

Donald J. Trump

President of the United States
