Rahm and Frank Clark come up with another 'underutilized schools' list to scare the world...

Former Commonwealth Edison chief Frank Clark speaks after Rahm Emanuel announced that Clark would become President of the Chicago Board of Education, while Forrest Claypool became CEO. Less than three years after the utility executive Frank Clark chaired a "commission" for Barbara Byrd Bennett to rationalize the closing of the largest number of public schools in American history, Clark is back in team with Rahm Emanuel to produce another crooked schools-to-close listing. The third player in the partnership, Barbara Byrd Bennett, will be sentenced on federal corruption charges this month (January 2016).

And a great deal has changed since Clark, pretending to represent the "public", chaired the commission to create the false listing of schools to be closed.
