The memorial service for Don Moore, who founded and led Designs for Change, will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2012, 3:00 pm at the Hyde Park Union Church, 5600 South Woodlawn Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60637. Those who wish to attend are asked to please RSVP to info@designsforchange.org.
