'Odious Outsiders' List? Substance is considering a Brizard era contest for the most odious of the mercenary FNGs imported by Rahm since a year ago

We know the competition is going to be fierce, but Substance is considering an "Odious Outsiders" contest to document the expensive antics of the most odious and obnoxious of the Broad-vetted outside FNGs currently soaking up millions of public education dollars in Chicago's public schools. As regular readers of Substance know, since Rahm Emanuel tapped Jean-Claude Brizard to become the CEO of CPS a year ago, Rahm has ordered his minions on the seven-member Board of Education to look the other ways while Brizard added tens of millions of dollars in bureaucracy (that's right — tens of millions, most of it still being kept a secret) from the enormous crop of overeducated, underqualified, ovderpaid, and hyper arrogant Broadies, Motorolaistas, New Leaderists, and TFAs to the administrative ranks. It's truly "rank" on the upper floors of CPS headquarters at 125 S. Clark St., while veteran teachers and principals are pushed out, and expensive but clueless Power Point Jocks and Jockettes are brought in to lord over the 99 percent.

The prizes for this contest will be a two-year subscription to Substance.

Eligibles include everybody working at CPS who has no Chicago classroom teaching experience, who comes from outside the system, and who prances around lording whatever the flavor of the week nonsense is at you, your colleagues, and your school. The winning contestants will be those who provide us with as many details as possible on the histories and current workings of Rahm's mercenaries.

Carpetbaggers Rahm Emanuel and Jean-Claude Brizard don't count. All others are fair game. You may submit entires on behalf of people who arrived before Brizard, but be sure to detail their contributions to the Odious Hall of Fame.
