Emanuel continues TIF abuses after Crain's investigative expose of Navy Pier deal...
Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel showed only the contrition he has become known for -- the contrition of a guy who is caught being unfaithful (again) -- following a dramatic and detailed revelation by Crain's Chicago business that TIF dollars supposedly earmarked for a controversial deal involving McCormick Place went in reality to an even more controversial deal involving Navy Pier. Even come of Emanuel's usual supporters have been strangely quiet on this one.
