Rahm remains out of town for the eighth straight day
Just as at the end of 2011, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel remains out of town on the first day of 2013, trekking like a millionaire somewhere else on the planet, while his minions at CPS continue to work the scripts about underutilization, right sizing and the rest.
