Protests to greet Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker this morning in Chicago

Substance photo by Garth Liebhaber.Protesters plan to meet at Chicago's Union League Club (Jackson, between Clark and Dearborn) at 7:00 a.m. today, November 3, 2011, to protest a breakfast speech being given inside the club by Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker. Walker, whose legislations stripped Wisconsin public workers of collective bargaining rights, is being feted in Illinois as a man who has proposals to save Illinois public finances.
